Overview
365Digital provides marketing, landing page, wallet pass, and customer follow-up services for local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, or interact with a demo or campaign experience we create.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, campaign details, and any message you send to us.
We may also collect basic website usage information such as pages viewed, device type, browser type, approximate location, referral source, and interaction data through analytics or similar tools.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare demos, deliver services, improve our website, measure campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and communicate about services you requested or may reasonably expect from us.
If we create a wallet-card or landing-page campaign for a client, information collected through that campaign is used to operate the campaign, measure claims or redemptions, and support follow-up workflows approved by the business.
Client Campaign Data
When 365Digital supports a client campaign, the business client is generally responsible for deciding what customer information is collected and how it is used. 365Digital acts as a service provider that helps configure and operate the campaign.
We only use client campaign data to provide, maintain, measure, and improve the services requested by that client, unless otherwise agreed or legally required.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate websites, analytics, wallet pass tools, email or SMS systems, CRM workflows, hosting, or related business systems.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, to prevent misuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.
Your Choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational limits. You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications where an unsubscribe option is provided.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access and reduce unnecessary data exposure.
